About Us Page
Food For Fork has been inspired by all of you out there that enjoy the taste of fine food and not just the tasty morsels that you have enjoyed in the gourmet restaurants across the country, but for the adventurers in all of us that like to mix things up; blend flavours and go even as far as experimenting with food.
These Culinary classes have been designed to both showcase local product from around our region and to also emphasise that cooking with your very own skill sets can be something that not only you can enjoy as an individual, but also as a family.
Cooking for so many people has become a chore, well the aim behind attending a Food For Fork basic principle class would be to refine your skills, open up your taste buds and start to appreciate just how artistic you can become once you learn the basics behind it all.
We are fortunate to offer our students the ability to walk through the Tom Quinn Centre’s herb garden and pick our required flavours for the dish being prepared, the ability to truly understand the principle behind “From Paddock to Plate” and to truely share in the experience of working along side a small group of friends that were once likely strangers.
For an amazing culinary journey, join us now and let us show you the tricks and share some tips to ensure you never eat bland food again.
