Barritt’s Butchers, Svensson Street, Bundaberg- These guys just know how to prepare meat, they are a great resource when it comes to trying different things and have won numerous awards for their Bacon, Sausages and other mixed cuts. Ask them about their “Something Different” range. They stock Quail, Duck, Croccodile, Atlantic Salmon and a the list goes on.
